These houses come with your choice of entrance holes. Either Starling Resistant Entrance Holes (Conley II) to keep your purple martins safe from the dreaded European Starlings or round.

These purple martin houses are meant to be raised and lowered via a center post. Wooden ones can be purchased at a lumber yard or home improvement store or you can add on an Aluminum 3" square high tensile pole.

Add on the 16 foot long 3" square Aluminum Pole comes in 2 sections and includes the mounting kit for the aluminum pole, ball top, perching rods and a ground stake- for an additional charge which also Includes the brake winch that is especially designed for safety and can easily lift this heavy house.

Add on the Mounting Kit if you will be using your own wooden pole. The kit includes a brake winch, 34 feet of 3/16” steel cable, a pulley assembly, cable clamps, tarpaulin hook, lag bolts for securing the winch to the wooden pole, a 6” safety bolt, and a winch padlock and chain to discourage uninvited guests.
