This T-14 Insert Trap Long, is a perfect fit in your T-14! Insert traps are a great way to rid your purple martin houses of Sparrows and Starlings. Just measure the inside diameter of your purple martin house compartments and check if it will accommodate its size of 5-1/4” high x 4-3/4” wide x 10” deep. The entrance hole is aligned to a front facing round, 2- 5/16” or a sreh entrance.
Wide trap entrance allows use in both right-staggered and left-staggered entrances. Can be used in T14's with round, oval or crescent entrance holes. Nest tray must be removed prior to use. All Metal so no wood rot to deal with AND easy to clean!

The Universal Starling and Sparrow Insert Trap Long, is an easy to operate trap that humanely catches non-native pest birds but will also catch native birds so close monitoring is essential.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are using this trap for a Trendsetter, it will not work with entrances on the long side of the compartment. It will NOT work in houses that have openings ON THE LONG SIDE.
