Sunset Inn House is a quality, lightweight, 6 compartment
house designed for those interested in attracting martins with a great quality aluminum house that will last and a minimal investment. Made of reflective
white aluminum with insulated attic and roof. This house attaches to your telescopic pole with a mounting plate (sold separately). It has 6 roomy compartments that are 11” wide, 5 7/8” deep, 5½” high with offset entrances and a choice between round or crescent openings. Compartments are ventilated and each compartment has its own porch and railing. Doors are easily removed for nest checks. For your convenience, Sunset Inn Houses are fully assembled.
Pole is
NOT included. Mount this house on your telescopic pole using the
Coates Base Plate Adapter. Wire subfloors sold separately.
