Victor Stoll who has had a
purple martin colony for most
of his 77 years. He even had
a gray-breasted martin colony
when he lived in Belize. Mr.
Stoll was born is southern
Indiana and was raised Amish.
He currently resides in
Finger, Tennessee with over
12,000 nesting pairs in 33
years. The most purple
martins he had in any one year
was 729 nesting pairs.
