Increase the height of any 14 foot x 2 inch square pole by 2 feet, with this simple to add-on extension. This extension is inserted at the top of the pole. You will need to take the pole down in order to add the extension. We advise that you do this before your martins return(or after they leave).
Taller poles with pulley/rope systems, will need 55 feet of rope. Most 14 foot poles come with 45 feet of rope. If your pole uses a winch, all you need is the extension.

Pole height should never exceed 16 feet. We do not recommend using the extension in wind prone areas.
